Key Responsibilities
- Precision Crafting: Follow carefully crafted recipes and formulas to create food products with specific texture, color, flavor, and clarity.
- Data Management: Record detailed test and production data, including test results, temperature, time cycle, and ingredients used for each batch.
- Ingredient Selection: Measure, weigh, and select ingredients using balance scales and English or metric measures.
- Temperature Control: Monitor and adjust thermometers and gauges throughout the production process, ensuring the mixing chamber maintains the correct temperature parameters.
- Quality Assurance: Start equipment and adjust controls as needed to maintain product quality; promptly report any malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintenance and Hygiene: Clean and sterilize factory processing areas and food production vats daily to ensure a hygienic environment.
Qualifications
To embark on this exciting career path, candidates must meet certain qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Specialized Skills: Previous experience as an Ex-Trainee/Ex-Japan Food Manufacture skill is preferred.
- Visa Requirements: Must have a previous visa under TITP with entry and exit stamps, along with JITCO 10-2 or Evaluation Certificate.
- Language Proficiency: Possession of JFT or JLTP N4 certificate or equivalent is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: A Prometric Skills Test passer for Food and Beverage Manufacturing Skill (OTAFF).
