Job Overview:

The Pig Farm Worker will play a crucial role in supporting the farm’s daily operations. This includes ensuring the pigs’ health and welfare, maintaining the farm’s cleanliness, and assisting in various stages of pig farming from gestation to finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Feed, care for, and monitor the health of pigs.
Administer vaccinations and medications as needed.
Clean and maintain pig pens and other farm facilities.
Transport pigs and piglets between different farm buildings.
Perform general maintenance tasks around the farm.
Assist in all stages of pig farming, from gestation to finishing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Animal Science) or an equivalent field.
At least 3 years of experience in swine farming.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of animal husbandry and farm maintenance.
Proficiency in English.
